Terms of Service
Last updated 9 May 2026
1. Service description
Crosier provides a multi-tenant HR Management System delivered as a hosted SaaS. Tenants subscribe under a signed Master Service Agreement; these public Terms summarise the obligations applicable to all users.
2. Acceptable use
You will not use Crosier to process data outside the scope authorised by your tenant's HR administrator, attempt to access data belonging to other tenants, or circumvent any security control.
3. Availability
Service-level commitments are defined in your tenant's MSA and surfaced on the in-app SLA report. Best-effort availability applies to demo and trial tenants.
4. Statutory compliance
Crosier produces statutory returns (PAYE, pension, NHF, NSITF, ITF) according to Nigerian law in force at time of payroll execution. Tenants are responsible for the accuracy of inputs (employee details, salary figures, band overrides) provided to Crosier.
5. Changes
Material changes to these Terms are notified to tenant administrators at least 30 days before they take effect. The current version always lives at this URL.
